• Orders are processed and leave our Miami warehouse within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

• Free Ground Shipping: Enjoy free ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
• Free International Shipping: We offer free international shipping on orders of $150 or more.
• For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Times

 

• U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
• International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

Additional Information

• Shipping days are Monday–Friday only; weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.
